We then draw up a bespoke joint venture (JV) agreement where all parties are satisfied with the desired financial outcome.

We then utilise your investment to pay for the associated fees required to obtain full planning permission for the identified site.

Once obtained, the plot is then sold on the open market and any profits are split [as per the JV agreement]
ROUTE B:
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT [>£100K INVESTED]

We identify, appraise and acquire an off-market piece of land which fits our unique development requirements in addition to your financial criteria.

We then draw up a bespoke joint venture (JV) agreement where all parties are satisfied with the desired financial outcome.

We then utilise your investment to pay for the associated fees required to obtain full planning permission for the identified site in addition to securing [typically] 40% of the purchase price of the land.

We then use our experienced development partners to acquire development finance and build new, world-class homes with the highest architectural and build quality.

We finally sell the homes on the open market where any profits are split as per the JV agreement
